Compare your measurements with the category chart and choose the corresponding size. All measurements are in centimeters. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one.
- Chest — at the widest point, under the armpits
- Neck — at the base, where the collar rests
- Waist — at the narrowest point, without tightening
